1. You Are Accepting the Vehicle in Its Current Condition:

  • This means you are buying the vehicle with all its existing faults, defects, and quirks. ALL SALES ARE FINAL and Rondo Ent. will NOT accept returns or exchanges for any reason.

2. No Warranty, No Certification:

  • The vehicle is sold without any warranty or certification. There are no guarantees regarding the vehicle’s condition or its future performance.

3. Vehicle History Reports Are for Information Only:

  • Any data provided through services like AutoCheck (or similar reports) is for informational purposes only. These reports do not change the AS IS terms of the sale.

4. You Are Responsible for Repairs:

  • Rondo Ent. will NOT reimburse you for any repairs, regardless of whether they are needed immediately or in the future. It is your responsibility to cover the cost of any repairs (no matter how minor or major) that may arise after the sale.

5. Pre-Purchase Inspection Option:

  • Before purchasing, you may arrange to take the vehicle to a mechanic of your choosing for a maximum of 2 hours. This inspection must occur within 20 miles of Rondo Ent., and you are responsible for the cost of this inspection. Any issues found by the mechanic do not alter the terms of the sale, and the vehicle remains sold AS IS.

Other Important Information:

- Please have your driver's license and payment ready when you come in.  You can't take the product home until it's paid in full. 

- Sorry, we do not accept credit cards and non-certified bank checks for vehicles.  We do not have financing available for the vehicles and we're not a "buy here, pay here."

- For pin based Debit cards, please verify with your bank before coming about spending limits or caps. The Debit card must to be physically present and your 4-digit pin is required.
